As past and present rugby players, we have all had the need to use the services of our NHS more than most. Now the doctors, nurses and ancillary staff of the NHS need our support more than ever.

Our fellow member, Sam Warburton OBE, has generously agreed to help us in raising funds for this fantastic cause. For everyone that receives this message, please, please participate, making at least one guess of Sam's secret number. Then, pass it on to your friends, families and contacts, to do the same. Here's how you can participate.

1. Sam has kindly agreed to select a number between 1 and 1948 (the year NHS was formed) and placed it in the sealed envelope above.

2. To make a guess of Sam's secret number, will cost £1.00. There is no limit to the number of guesses that can be made.

3. Send the number you select by text with your name to me (Dave Hobbs). Please use my personal number, 07887984149.

4. Then make your payment by bank transfer to Rhiwbina RFC, Account No 81097229, Sort Code 40 46 43.

5. The secret number will be disclosed by Sam at 1900 Thursday 23rd April. One hour before the nation shows its weekly support for the NHS.

6. The person/persons that select the winning number will receive a bottle of champagne and other goodies.

7. 100% OF ALL MONIES RECEIVED WILL GO TO THE NHS.

Remember, there's no limit on the number of guesses you can make, and this is open to anyone and everyone.
