Rhiwbina Youth’s resurgence has continued with the Squirrels topping the Cardiff Premiership Black league with 4 league fixtures remaining.

The Youth hosted Beddau on 14/1/23 at a windy and wet Caedelyn. 
With a wide game that belied the conditions the hosts ran out 17-0 victors. 

This was followed by a trip to the seaside on 28/1/23 where an outstanding display of distribution and running rugby saw the game called early as 50 points were racked up without reply.

An early kick off on 11/2/23 saw the young Squirrels travel to Pontypridd’s “House of Pain” for a friendly fixture. 
Rhiwbina emerged as convincing 31-17 winners following a performance that will last long in the memory.

The double over Beddau was completed on 4/3/23 in a ‘backs to the wall’ display that sets the Squirrels up for a trip to Builth on 11/3/23 as they seek to maintain their 100% league record.
