Rhiwbina Recreation Club Membership Cards

 Membership cards have now been produced and will be distributed soon by sectional representatives. This is the first time in many years that we have produced cards to verify membership of the Club, and this is the start of our aim to communicate directly with all members. We want to encourage use of the Club and are keen that increased use will lead to reductions in costs for the many sections.

At present, we await changes to Welsh Government regulations which will allow members to order drinks at the bar, thus enabling bar staff to swipe the membership card to activate members’ prices rather than premium non-members’ prices. We hope that this change will come into effect sometime in August, so please be patient until we are allowed to proceed.

For many of you this will be the first time the Recreation Club has contacted you directly via your personalised email address. In the next few weeks, we will keep you updated on the process of using your cards and the date when they will be fully functional.

A reminder to Rhiwbina RFC members that your membership fees are now due.  Full membership is £50 and this includes membership of Rhiwbina Rec, £10 credit on your Rhiwbina Rec membership card to spend at the bar and a Rhiwbina RFC polo shirt.
