Head and Assistant Coach Vacancies
After nine years of successful, high quality player development at our club, we are now looking to move to our next phase of squad and club improvement. The opportunities are for a Head and/or Assistant Coach (player coaches will be considered) to manage the on-going development of our senior squads. This includes our First Team (Division 1 East Central) our 2nd Team (WRU National Conference) and our 3rd and Youth teams.
Working closely with the Club Senior Management Group, the successful individuals will oversee all elements of coaching standards throughout the club including our Junior Sections, but with a specific focus on the 4 Senior Teams. It is essential that a high level of integrity, communication and organisational skills can be demonstrated. It is also desirable that the candidates are L3 or L4 qualified coaches or individuals who wish to develop their skills from a L2 in the short term.
